Dr. Andrew Anderson, DDS
Dr. Andrew Anderson attended the University of Minnesota for his undergraduate and graduate work. He has additional training in advanced implant techniques, advanced sedation techniques, advanced cosmetic dentistry, ACLS advanced cardiac life support, and sleep apnea techniques.
Dental Associations
Dr. Anderson was one of the first dentists in Minnesota licensed to administer conscious sedation for general dentistry. He is a member of the Minneapolis Dental Association, Minnesota Dental Association, American Dental Association, and the Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation.
Dr. Anderson loves being a dentist in Edina MN because of the variety of ways he can help patients improve the health, function, and aesthetics of their teeth in his hometown. Whether he's simply giving advice or performing a complete smile makeover, he loves working with patients to give them their best smiles.
When he's not treating patients, Dr. Anderson enjoys the outdoors and participating in many outdoor activities. He especially loves competing in and watching golf competitions. Reading historical articles and books is also a favorite pastime.
Dr. Rachel K. Holm, DDS
Dr. Rachel Holm has been with our practice since graduating from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry almost 10 years ago. She graduated with High Distinction Honors and also received the Award for Technical Excellence. Her undergraduate degree was from the University of Saint Thomas.
Family Dentistry
Dr. Holm loves her job. 'We are one big family here – literally!' She feels right at home here, working with her mother (Dr. Mary Flynn) and father (Dr. Andrew Anderson). Dr. Holm adores meeting new patients, but also enjoys seeing patients who have been with us for years. Some of her patients even grew up seeing her grandfather, Dr. Clarence Flynn! Making those connections and holding onto her relationships with her patients for a lifetime is important to Dr. Holm. She has grown up in this practice and is happy to be a part of such a special dental practice.
Continuing Dental Education
Dr. Holm is passionate about continuing education. She enjoys learning new technology and keeping up-to-date with the best treatment available. She has taken many continuing education courses on topics including cosmetics, implants, Cerec (single visit crowns), and many more. She takes a special interest in cosmetic dentistry because improving someone's smile is so rewarding. It is so much fun to see patient's confidence grow with a smile they love! She is passionate about providing care that is top-notch and comfortable. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Minnesota Dental Association, the Minneapolis District Dental Society and a Spear Study Club where she meets monthly with peers and specialists to discuss and treatment plan complex cases. She has also received many "Top Dentist" awards over the years and the biggest compliment is when her current patients refer their friends and family- which occurs frequently.
In her free time, Dr. Holm likes to spend time with her husband and 2 kids. They love to travel, bike, boat, ski and enjoy the outdoors!
Dr. Mary O. Flynn, DDS
Dr Flynn started practicing in this Edina MN location with her father (Dr. Clarence Flynn) over 35 years ago. She is no longer treating patients but still stays active in the practice's business coordination. She spends most of her time golfing and being an active grandmother to Dr. Rachel's two children.

Shari loves interacting with people and the rewarding feeling when a patient benefits from the treatment our clinic provides.
She lives in Chaska with her husband Trevor, children Madeline, Mitchell and their yellow lab, Sadie. She is originally from Canada and has spent the last 15 years between Minnesota and Texas. Her hobbies are gardening, home improvement projects, and spending time at the cottage.
Mady
Dental Assistant
Mady is originally from Birchwood Wisconsin and went to Northwood Technical College for Dental Assisting. She moved to Minnesota to work at our amazing office! Mady’s favorite part of dental assisting is the variety of different procedures and making connections with patients.
In her free time she loves golfing, being on the lake, relaxing with her cat, and trying new restaurants.

Dental Hygienist
Tracy received her training at Normandale Community College, where she graduated at the top of her class. She's been with our practice for over 15 years. She loves meeting great people and providing them with quality dental care to meet their needs. Working with kids and seeing them excited about having clean and healthy teeth is very fun and rewarding for her.
In her spare time, Tracy likes participating in activities with her three kids, gardening, playing volleyball, watching the Vikings with her husband, decorating, and spending time at a lake cabin.
